Integral Technical Service

Design and Development:

Calderería Urretxu, has a technical office for the design and development of projects tailored to the client. Drawing programs: CREO and SOLID EDGE.

Laser cutting:

Calderería Urretxu, has its own laser for internal and external cutting. Cutting thicknesses:

Up to 20mm in steel
up to 8mm in stainless
up to 5 mm in aluminum

Format: 3000*1500

Folding & Bending:

Calderería Urretxu has several electronic folding machines and a folding folder with double flap.

Welding:

We have approved assemblers to produce quality products in different materials, steel, stainless and aluminum.

Painting:

Paint booth designed to carry out the work of sanding pieces and for priming and primer touches. We are qualified. to paint solvent and water.

Repair and maintenance service (SAT):

Calderería Urretxu has a service of repair and maintenance of components, such as telescopic, extractors, fairings, etc.

Adaptation of machines:

Currently the safety regulations require equipping the machines with safety components that protect the operator from possible accidents. Calderería Urretxu offers the possibility of adapting your machines to these safety and hygiene requirements with projects customized to your particular needs.

Assembly at destination (Nationally e Internationally):

We offer an after-sales service for all the products we manufacture. Mounts are made of machine components in destination, both nationally and internationally.
